Objectives:
- The main objectives of the business tour are:
To gain insights into the current and emerging trends and technologies in high tech food manufacturing for snacks, pre-packed food and ready to eat meals. - To visit and interact with some of the leading companies and possibly research institutes in Chong Qing that are involved in high tech food manufacturing.
- To establish contacts and network with the local food industry players and potential partners, and to identify opportunities for collaboration and investment.
- To enhance participant’s knowledge, skills and competencies in high tech food manufacturing, and to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- To gain a comprehensive understanding of food safety measures and regulations applicable to manufacturing factories in Chongqing.
